Handy Haven RV Park is a very small, quiet and clean  park located in the heart of Waldport. Spaces are limited, so if you want to stay, please let us know as soon as you can. A deposit will insure your space.

 

Please have a clear idea of how long you want to stay so that we can keep the reservations straight. Unfortunately, depending upon bookings, you may not be able to change the dates or extend your visit.

 

Also, we screen potential visitors to the park to make sure guests are a good fit. Since we are in the middle of the city, we also have rules and guidelines from the City of Waldport to adhere to. You can take a look at the park rules here.

2019 Rates:  (Effective January 1, 2019)

 

Nightly: $42 per night

Weekly: $252 / 7 days (Pay for 6 & 7th day FREE)

Two Weeks: $495 / 14 day (Pay for 12 & 2 days FREE)

Monthly: $625 / 30 days (Pay for 18 days & the rest of the month is FREE) 

Tent Site: $28 per night

Additional people and pets: $2 per person

POLICIES

 

Deposits are fully refundable if notice is given 24 hours prior to arrival date.

 

To qualify for the weekly, bi-monthly or monthly discounts, payment must be in full and at the beginning of tenancy term.

 

Late payments automatically revert to nightly rate.

 

Early departure and refund policy: To qualify for the weekly, bi-monthly or monthly discounts, visitor must stay for 6 nights for weekly, 12 nights for bi-monthly and 25 days for monthly.

 

Refunds of prepayments will be calculated at the nightly rate if the tenancy is shorter that the prepaid term rate. The difference will be refunded.

 

Security Deposits and tenant screening is required for long term occupants
